Originally from the romantic and pictoresque
shores of the St. Lawrence seaway in Quebec City, Canada, Danielle enjoyed a nautical and European influenced lifestyle with
the great outdoors at her doorstep.

As far as she can recollect she has been artistically
inclined and naturally pursued a career as a graphic designer working for advertising agencies, art studios...designing brand
identities, corporate brochures, fashion catalogues, packaging design...She worked as creative director and illustrator 8
yrs for Trudeau an innovative Canadian company with over 100 licenses, designing and illustrating license tableware products
which were distributed throughout the world. She
was at the peak of her artistic career when she decided to fulfill her dream of living in a tropical setting.

The lure of travel, adventure and a tropical
lifestyle eventually landed her in the yacht capital of the world in south Florida. For the next 2 yrs. she continued illustrating
tableware products for Trudeau in Canada and designing brand identities for various corporate companies.

Surrounded by ocean and in the yacht capital of the
world, she inevitably became involved with yachts in 2001 on a creative and crew level. She started designing logos for luxury
yachts, hand painting logos on yachts and sailboats transoms and teak name boards, working in tandem with a yacht restoration
company to varnish her final creations. She was often called upon to do color matches for yacht paint jobs, styling and decorating yacht interiors for photo shoots and creative consultation...

Of course the sea beckoned and she
also assisted with yacht deliveries as mate, cook, deckhand and stew, travelling to the Bahamas and the Caribbean regularly.
She was fortunate to be involved with go fast Magnum boats and traveled to Europe several times to work on Nataniel Rothchilds
50' silver Magnum, cruising the Mediterranean from France to Greece twice and visiting all of Italy's islands.
